I recently purchased some insulated building systems from ibsbah.com and overall, I had an average experience. The product quality was good, but the customer service could have been better. There were a few delays in the delivery process, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates. However, once the systems arrived, they were easy to install and have been working well since then. The website was user-friendly, but it would be helpful to have more detailed product descriptions. Overall, I would consider buying from IBS again, but I hope they can improve their customer service.
