I recently had the opportunity to work with Communauté d'agglomération de saint-quentin, and I must say my experience was average. The communication was somewhat lacking, and it took longer than expected to have my issue resolved. However, the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. Overall, I would say they provide an adequate service.
