I have been a customer of Birch Bay Village Community Club for several years now and I must say their services are average at best. The facilities are decent, but they could definitely use some improvements. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes their response time can be a bit slow. Overall, I would rate my experience with Birch Bay Village Community Club as average.
