I recently used this luxury travel company for a vacation and I have to say, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had an impressive selection of destinations, but I found the overall service to be lacking. The customer service representatives were polite, but not particularly knowledgeable or helpful in answering my questions. Additionally, the prices seemed slightly higher compared to similar companies I have used in the past. On the positive side, the accommodations were decent and the transportation was on time. However, there was a lack of personal touch and attention to detail that I expected from a luxury travel company. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They delivered the basic services, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and value for money.
