I had a mixed experience with 2nd Step Staffing. The initial communication was great, and they seemed genuinely interested in finding me the right job. However, after a few weeks, I didn't hear back from them and had to follow up multiple times. The inconsistency was frustrating. Overall, they have a lot of potential but need to work on their communication.
