I recently attended a yoga class at The Urban Yogi and I had a wonderful experience. The instructor was skilled and thorough in explaining the poses and providing modifications for beginners like myself. The studio itself was clean and calming, creating an ideal atmosphere for relaxation and self-reflection. I appreciated the focus on mindfulness and the emphasis on listening to one's body. The Urban Yogi is definitely a top-notch yoga studio in my book!
