My recent flight with Airasia was disappointing. The check-in process was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. The seats were uncomfortable and cramped, with little legroom. The in-flight meals were not up to par, and the limited options left much to be desired. Overall, it was a below-average experience.
