I've been practicing yoga for a while and recently tried out the yoga classes at yogasansaar.co.uk. The instructors are experienced and provide clear instructions. The classes are well-paced and suitable for all levels. I appreciate the inclusive and non-judgmental environment. I feel refreshed and energized after each session. Highly recommend!
