I recently used Inspection Xpress for my home inspection needs and I must say, I had a fairly average experience. The website was easy to navigate and booking the inspection was a straightforward process. The inspector arrived on time and was professional throughout the entire inspection. However, I felt that the inspection report was quite basic and did not provide detailed information on certain areas of concern. It would have been helpful to have more photos and specific recommendations. Additionally, the customer service was just average as the response time to my inquiries was a bit slow. Overall, Inspection Xpress got the job done, but I was left wanting more in terms of the quality and depth of the inspection report as well as the promptness of their customer service.
