I recently utilized the services of a care center for my loved one and had an overall average experience. While the care provided was decent, I felt that the staff lacked communication and coordination skills. There were instances where I had to repeatedly follow up for updates and clarifications. However, the facility was clean and well-maintained, and my loved one received the necessary care. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service.
