I had a mixed experience with Papierfabrik Utzenstorf AG. The quality of their papers is good, but their customer service needs improvement. I placed an order for some specialty paper and it took a long time for them to deliver it. However, when I finally received the paper, it was of excellent quality. Overall, I would rate them as average.
