As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with an archaeological consulting company while conducting research for a project. While I found their website to be user-friendly and informative, the overall experience with the company was average. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, providing helpful insights and recommendations for our project. However, I did feel that the communication could have been more proactive. There were instances when we had to follow up multiple times to receive updates or clarification on certain aspects. Additionally, the project timeline took longer than expected, causing some delays. Despite these minor setbacks, the quality of the work delivered was satisfactory, and I appreciated the expertise of the consultants. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average, and would consider using their services again in the future.
