The services provided by this company were adequate. I found their website, n2n.org, to be informative and easy to navigate. They offer a variety of resources and assistance for those in need, which is commendable. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more prompt and efficient. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating at times. Additionally, there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get the help I needed.
