I've used their software for a couple of months no...

I've used their software for a couple of months now and it's been fairly satisfactory. The functionality is decent, but I believe there is room for improvement. The pricing is reasonable considering the features offered. However, I would appreciate better integration options with other platforms. The overall experience has been positive, but there are some areas they could work on.
