I have been a customer of The WFC Group for a few years now and my experience has been average. The company's website (thewfcgroup.com) is easy to navigate and has a lot of useful information. However, I have found their customer support to be lacking. Whenever I have a question or issue, it takes them a long time to respond and sometimes I don't receive a satisfactory answer. Overall, I think The WFC Group is an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
