I had mixed feelings about Ubookdirect. While I enjoyed the ease of navigating their website and booking process, I was disappointed with the customer service I received when I had an issue with my reservation. Despite the setback, I appreciate that they took the time to resolve the problem and compensate me for the inconvenience. Overall, Ubookdirect provides a convenient platform for booking accommodations, but improvements can be made in their customer service department.
