I recently used Unlockauthority to unlock my phone and I have mixed feelings about the service. On one hand, the unlocking process was smooth and I was able to unlock my phone without any issues. However, I found the website to be a bit confusing and it took me some time to figure out how to proceed with the unlocking process. Overall, I am satisfied with the service but I think there is room for improvement.
