I have been a customer of Shiffler Stephen L for over five years, and I must say that their service has been average. While they have a good selection of products, their prices can be quite high compared to other competitors in the market. The staff is generally helpful, but I sometimes find it hard to get a hold of someone when I have a question or concern. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
