I had a mixed experience with Hazotel Semarang. The customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, I found the rooms to be a bit outdated and in need of renovation. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to many tourist attractions. Overall, it was an average stay for me.
