As a customer, I recently engaged with projsolgroup.com for a project, and while the team displayed professionalism and responsiveness, I found the overall experience to be average. The website's navigation was intuitive, the initial consultation was informative, and the team provided timely updates. However, I encountered some communication hiccups, and there were a few inconsistencies in the project execution. Despite this, the final deliverable met the basic requirements. 🤔 Overall, my experience with the company was satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of consistency and communication. I appreciated their efforts, but I hope to see more cohesive project management in the future.
