My experience with Big World Travel-TPI was average at best. While they did a decent job in planning my trip, there were several areas where they fell short. The communication with the team was not always clear, and some of my queries were left unanswered. Additionally, the itinerary provided was not as detailed as I would have liked. Overall, I expected more from them.
