I joined F45 training group a few months ago and it has been a life-changing experience. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and always encourage me to push myself. The workouts are intense but fun. The facility is clean and well-equipped. I would highly recommend F45 training group to anyone serious about their fitness goals.
