I had an average experience with Advango. The platform was easy to navigate and had useful features for our CSE. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed. Overall, the platform has potential but could use improvement in customer service.
