Overall, my experience with Independence Bank has been average. The customer service is decent, but I feel like they could do better in terms of their online banking platform. The website is not the most user-friendly and it can be quite frustrating to navigate. However, their rates and fees are competitive, so that's a plus. I would recommend Independence Bank if you're looking for a reliable, but not outstanding, banking experience.
