I recently upgraded to a Pole bike and I am loving it! The design and craftsmanship of their bikes are superb. The bike is a joy to ride, it's quick, responsive, and feels incredibly stable. The customer service experience was also great. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase!
