I recently engaged with this engineering and consulting firm, and my experience was fairly average. While the website was easy to navigate and provided a good overview of their services, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking. Communication was sometimes slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get the information I needed. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to other similar firms. On the positive side, the quality of work provided was good, and the team seemed knowledgeable and experienced in their field. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there's room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and pricing.
