I recently joined a capoeira class in Boston and it has been such a great experience! The instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate about capoeira, and they make each class challenging and fun. The community at Abada is also very welcoming and supportive. I love how they emphasize the cultural aspects of capoeira and not just the physical aspect. It's a great way to stay fit and learn about Brazilian culture.
