I recently attended a class at The Urban Yogi and it exceeded my expectations. The instructor was knowledgeable and created a supportive atmosphere for all students. The sequencing of the class was well thought out and allowed for a balanced practice. The studio space was serene and clean, providing a peaceful environment for practice. I left the class feeling rejuvenated and inspired. Urban Yogi is definitely a top-notch yoga studio!
