I recently interacted with this company, and I must say that the experience was disappointing. The Instituto Nacional Electoral failed to meet my expectations in terms of service quality. The customer service representatives seemed disinterested and lacked the knowledge required to answer my questions adequately. Moreover, their website was outdated and difficult to navigate. I hope they take necessary measures to improve their services and enhance the customer experience.
