I had an average experience with Novax® by g.b. industries sdn. bhd. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but their customer service was lacking. I had some issues with delivery and it took longer than expected to receive my order. However, once I finally received it, the products were as described and met my expectations. Overall, Novax® is an okay company, but they need to improve their customer service.
