I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, I found their services to be average. The website was well-designed and easy to navigate, providing relevant information about their offerings. However, I felt that their customer service could have been more responsive and attentive. I reached out with a few inquiries and it took an extended period of time to receive a response. Furthermore, the communication lacked a personal touch which made me feel like just another customer. In terms of the product quality, it was satisfactory but didn't exceed my expectations. The company could definitely improve their transparency in pricing as it was not clearly stated on the website. Although their services were decent, there is room for improvement in certain areas to provide a better customer experience.
