I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga class at Yogaspace and it was an amazing experience. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through a variety of poses, making sure to provide modifications for all fitness levels. The atmosphere was calming and the studio itself was clean and inviting. I left the class feeling both relaxed and energized.
