I had the privilege of attending a workshop focused on sensory awareness. It was a profound experience that allowed me to tap into my senses in a whole new way. The facilitators were knowledgeable and created a welcoming environment for everyone. I came out of the workshop with a renewed sense of appreciation for my senses and a deeper understanding of myself. Highly recommended!
