I have been a loyal customer of Fundación ratón de biblioteca for many years and I must say that their services are average. While they have a good selection of books and a user-friendly website, their customer service could use some improvement. The staff sometimes seems disorganized and not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
