The overall experience with Get Game Gear was decent. The website layout was clean and intuitive, making it easy to find the games I wanted. The prices were reasonable, although not the lowest I've seen. The customer service was satisfactory, although the response time could have been faster. It would be nice to see some improvements in these areas, but overall, it's a decent place to purchase games.
