I had high expectations for this travel agency, but unfortunately, they fell short. The customer service was lacking, and there were several issues with my booking. Additionally, the communication was not efficient, and it took a long time to get responses to my queries. I would not recommend using Agenzia Agieo Viaggi based on my experience.
