I recently had my air conditioning unit repaired by 🧊❄️ mechanical, and I was fairly satisfied with the service provided. The technicians were knowledgeable and arrived on time, which was definitely a plus. However, I felt that the overall customer service could have been better. 📞 communication with the company was a bit frustrating at times, as it took longer than expected to get a response. Additionally, the pricing for the repair seemed a bit on the higher side compared to similar services in the area. On the positive side, the repairs were done efficiently and my unit is now working perfectly. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. While 🧊❄️ mechanical got the job done, there are areas for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
