I have been using As Eesti Raudtee / Estonian Railways for several years now and I must say, their service is average. The trains are generally clean and punctual, but there can be quite a bit of overcrowding during peak hours. The ticket prices are reasonable and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. Overall, I would rate the company as average.
