I recently took my car to Honest Engine Auto Service for some repairs. 🚗 The staff was friendly and professional, and they were able to diagnose the issue quickly. However, I was slightly disappointed with the overall service provided. The repairs took longer than expected, and the communication could have been better. I found myself having to call them multiple times for updates on my vehicle. 💔 Additionally, the prices seemed a bit higher compared to other auto service centers in the area. That being said, they did a decent job fixing the problem and my car is running smoothly now. It was just an average experience for me, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of timeliness and customer service. 😐
