First, let me start by saying that I am a CUSTOMER of Employers Risk. I have been using their services for a few months now. The overall experience has been decent so far. The policies are adequate and the pricing is fair. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time could be better. Nonetheless, I would still recommend giving them a try.
