I have been a customer of Elm Properties, Inc. for the past few years and their service has been consistently average. The staff is friendly and responsive, but the quality of their properties is just okay. I have had some issues with maintenance and repairs, but they have always been resolved in a timely manner. Overall, I would say that Elm Properties, Inc. is a decent company.
