My experience with United Way of Kennebec Valley has been average. The organization is dedicated to helping the community, which is a great thing. However, there are some areas where I believe they could improve. The communication between different departments needs to be better as sometimes information gets lost in translation. Overall, I appreciate the work they do, but there is definitely room for growth.
