I bought a mattress from Bedzz direct, and it's an average product. The ordering process was straightforward, and the mattress arrived on time. However, the mattress is not as comfortable as I expected. It's a bit too firm for my liking, and I find it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The customer service was responsive and understanding, though. It's an okay option if you prefer firmer mattresses.
