The company's website is easy to navigate and provides a fair amount of information about their services. The process of scheduling a test was straightforward, and the staff was polite and professional. However, the turnaround time for receiving test results was longer than expected, causing some inconvenience. Additionally, the pricing for their services is slightly higher compared to similar companies in the industry. The quality of the test itself was satisfactory, but nothing outstanding. Overall, my experience with the company was average. While they have a user-friendly website and friendly staff, the longer wait time for results and higher pricing could be improved upon.
