I am a loyal customer of Gradick Communications and I must say, their service is average. I have been using their services for a few years now and while they do a decent job, there is definitely room for improvement. The customer support is usually helpful, but sometimes their response time can be a bit slow. The pricing is reasonable and their packages are quite flexible. Overall, I would say they are a reliable company, but there are better options out there.
