The architectural firm I hired for my project was just average in terms of their services. Their website was informative but lacked visual appeal. The design process took longer than expected, causing delays in my project timeline.

Although the team was knowledgeable and professional, their communication was lacking. There were instances where my questions went unanswered, and I had to follow up multiple times. When it came to incorporating my ideas, I felt that they did not fully understand my vision and there was a lack of creativity in their suggestions.

On the positive side, they did deliver a functional design that met my basic requirements. The end result was satisfactory but not exceptional. The pricing of their services was reasonable, which was a plus.

Overall, I would rate my experience with this architectural firm as average. They have room for improvement in terms of communication, understanding client needs, and delivering a more innovative design.
