I have been a customer of this company for a while...

I have been a customer of this company for a while now and I can say that their service is average. The trainers are nice and the workouts are decent, but nothing outstanding. I feel like they could improve by providing more variety in their exercises and offering additional support outside of the training sessions. Overall, it's an okay experience.
