I recently used Pet Nanny Main Line services for my beloved fur baby and I have to say it was an average experience. The website was fairly easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, the communication with the staff was lacking. It often took them a while to respond to my inquiries, which was quite frustrating. 🐾 The pet sitter assigned to take care of my pet seemed to be knowledgeable and caring, but I felt like they were rushing through their visits. The updates provided were minimal and lacked detail. 🏡 The overall service was average, nothing extraordinary or exceptional. I appreciate that my pet was taken care of in my absence, but I expected better communication and attention to detail. It was satisfactory, but I will be considering other options in the future.
