🌸 I recently ordered flowers from this company and while the overall experience was average, there were a few things that left me feeling underwhelmed. The website was easy to navigate and the selection of bouquets was decent, but I found the prices to be a bit on the higher side. The delivery was timely and the flowers were fresh, which was a plus. However, the arrangement I received didn't quite match the picture on the website. It was still beautiful, but not exactly what I expected. The customer service was average, as they did respond to my inquiry but it took a bit longer than I had anticipated. Overall, I would say my experience with this company was satisfactory but not exceptional. 🌺
