Happy Fish Elgin is a hidden gem in the heart of Elgin. The food selection is diverse and the quality is top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the grilled shrimp and the lobster bisque. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this place!
